Common topics
Installation & setup. The Shopify app is installed from the Shopify App Store and runs inside your Shopify admin — onboarding takes a few minutes and starts with your first AI audit.
Billing & credits.Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify Billing on their Shopify invoice; plan, credit balance, and top-ups are managed on the app's Account page. Credits don't expire.
Data & privacy requests.Account closure and data questions are handled in the app (Account → Data & privacy) or by email — see the Privacy Policy.
