Yes — monthly plans are the primary way to use Axegem. Starter is $14.99/month for 2,000 credits every month; Growth is $39/month for 6,000 credits. A plan gives you a fresh credit allowance each month at a better per-credit rate than one-time packs. You can also buy packs one-time — as top-ups when a month runs hot, or if you prefer not to subscribe. Auto top-up (optional): approve one capped usage charge and Axegem refills your chosen pack automatically when your balance runs low. Off by default — cancel anytime, and spending never exceeds the cap you approve.
Your monthly allowance stops — that is all. Every credit already granted stays in your balance and never expires. Come back in three months and pick up exactly where you left off. There is no idle fee and no forfeiture.

Yes. Monthly allowances and one-time packs accumulate into a single balance. There is no expiry and no cap.
Shopify merchants pay through Shopify Billing — the plan is a recurring app charge and packs are one-time charges on your regular Shopify invoice, no separate card entry needed. Non-Shopify accounts pay by card via Stripe. We never store card data.
